Client Services Representative - Toronto

Client Satisfaction Coordinator – Kelowna
Optimed is looking for a Client Satisfaction Coordinator to join our growing company. This essential role will provide a single point of contact to both clients and internal teams engaged in resolving client issues. This is not a “doing” role but a coordination role: working with functional managers to assign the necessary resources and monitor progress to meet agreed upon completion goals and communicating status to clients.

Quality Assurance Analyst - Toronto

Sales Administrator - Kelowna
The Sales Administrator’s primary responsibilities are to administer client accounts, including set-up and ongoing maintenance using the Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software tool; providing assistance where possible. The Sales Administrator is also responsible for maintaining efficient and accurate accounting information for new and existing Optimed accounts. Additionally, the Sales Administrator assists in updating online help information and technical writing documentation as required.

Systems Developer - Toronto
Reporting to the development manager, the systems developer will be responsible for task based programming assigned by the Development Manager and/or Lead Developer. The development projects will largely be based around the product, Healthscreen HS Practice; other projects may be assigned from time to time.

Implementation Consultant – AB or BC
The successful candidate will join our Implementation Consultants (IC) team, responsible for installing our top rated Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software program in medical clinics across Canada. Working with clinic staff and physicians to convert to a paperless office incorporating billing, scheduling lab results and medical records, the IC will become an expert in medical clinic workflow. The IC will travel to physician clinics and install, configure, train and provide go-live support for clinics and staff. This position will be based in various cities and may involve travel up to 30 weeks per year.
