Optimed Software Corporation develops, markets and services the Accuro clinic management software that includes Electronic Medical Records (EMR).Position Summary:
The Software Support Analyst - Electronic Medical Records provide application support to our client both through email and phone support. They also will respond to questions or concerns about software licensing and user management.
Responsibilities:
- Application support
- Application testing and defect reporting
- Application training - ad hoc and scheduled
- Site setup and configuration (remote)
- Documentation updates
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Intermediate to Advanced Computing skills
- Intermediate to Advanced use of Windows XP
Desired Qualifications:
- Windows Certifications (current)
- A ++
- Networking (current)
- 60 w.p.m
Skills and Abilities:
- Care for the confidentiality of patient records)
- Enthusiastic about excellent customer service
- Ability to find solutions quickly and adapt style to meet the audience
- Ability to communicate clearly through verbal and written word
- Ability to think and respond quickly while providing phone support
Additional Requirements:
- Must be available to work at our Kelowna office
